Service Description
This course is in-person for US Citizens only. This course is Monday - Thursday from 8:00am - 5:00pm in the time zone of the course location. Excellence in Security Management (ESM) is essential for all mid-level security professionals moving toward upper management positions. This four-day career-building experience prepares attendees to understand what it takes to become a senior leader through interaction with prominent national security leaders on issues affecting intelligence, cybersecurity, bioterrorism, and insider threat. Attendees are exposed to the best practices in the security industry in a setting that affords great personal interaction, learning and networking. Each day has a primary focus discussing principles in managing complex and integrated security programs. Located at Xator Training Facility in Summit Point, West Virginia to include the following topics, lectures, and hands-on exercises from leading subject matter experts: -Counterintelligence -Insider Threat -Counterterrorism -Bioterrorism: Beyond the Pandemic -Hazmat/DECON exercise -Cybersecurity -Moral Courage- Leadership Training -Building Your Brand in Our Industry -Active Shooter/First Responder -HUMINT -Defensive Driving -Weapons Safety & Training Due to the national security topics and featured guest speakers, an official agenda is only sent to registered/paid attendees. Registration slots fill up quickly due to the small class size each year.
